Basic Information:

  • The application currently serves as an extension of the desktop application and is used to display documentation in a mobile format. A standalone version is being considered for the future.
  • Access to your office is enabled via a code for your law office, which is obtained by subscribing to the additional mobile application service, complementing the use of the **Advocatus** desktop application.
  • The application will request the following permissions (more details in the privacy policy):
    • Access to the calendar for event synchronization
    • Access to reminders for setting up events
    • Access to calls exclusively for calling from the contact field in the application
    • Access to biometric options for easier login

Current capabilities:

  • After the first successful login, further logins can be performed using a fingerprint until logout.
  • Homepage/Court Schedule and Deadlines calendars with the ability to sync with mobile device calendars. Automatic event notifications 24 hours in advance.
  • All notifications/messages from the Desktop application are also visible in the mobile application.
  • Legal and physical entity client list, including:
