AdvocatusMobile Osnovne Informacije

Osnovne informacije:

· Aplikacija trenutno služi kao dodatak računalne aplikacije te služi kao prikaz navedene dokumentacije u mobilnom obliku. U budućnosti se razmišlja i o samostalnom izdanju.

· Pristup Vašem uredu se omogućuje pomoću koda za Vaš odvjetnički ured koji se dobiva ugovaranjem dodatne usluge korištenja mobilne aplikacije kao dodatak na korištenje Advocatus računalne aplikacije.

· Aplikacija će tražiti sljedeća dopuštenja (više o ovome u linku za privacy policy):

o Pristup kalendaru radi sinkronizacije događaja

o Pristup podsjetnicima radi postavljanja istih za događaje

o Pristup pozivima isključivo radi mogućnosti poziva iz kontakt polja aplikacije

o Pristup biometrijskim opcijama radi lakše prijave

Mogućnosti u trenutku pisanja:

· Nakon prve uspješne prijave, daljnje prijave se mogu vršiti otiskom prsta, do trenutka odjave.

· Naslovna/ Ročišnik i Rokovnik kalendari s mogućnošću sinkronizacije s kalendarima mobilnih aparata. Automatske notifikacije za događaj 24 sata prije.

· Sve notifikacije/poruke iz Desktop aplikacije vidljive su i u mobilnoj aplikaciji.

· Pravni i fizički popis stranaka te sljedeće informacije za pojedinačnu stranku:

NEW 2025: AdvocatusAi

AdvocatusAi, a new feature in the Advocatus application: AI Document Summary Analysis. 

This functionality, based on artificial intelligence, is designed to optimize work with legal documents. It provides efficient access to key information.

Main features include:
- Summary Analysis: Allows you to view the document's Summary, Key Points and identified Risks.
- Detailed Entity Analysis: Automatically extracts relevant information such as Parties, Dates, Locations, Case Numbers, Laws/Regulations, Key Legal Terms and Legal Citations.
- Intelligent Question and Answer: Allows you to ask questions about the content of a document to get specific answers.
- Summary History: All generated summaries are stored for later review.
- Security: Data protection and user privacy are ensured. 

This upgrade aims to improve efficiency in document processing.

NEW 2025: Advocatus + e-communication

An option to connect to e-communication has been added to the Advocatus computer application. The connection of the AdvocatusMobile mobile application is in progress. The current possibilities are the review of information on an individual subject and the download of all documentation for the same.

Available info:
• Case Information - (Case Code, Department, Status, Court, Case Type, Registry, Assigned Judges, Date of Establishment, Date of Start of Process, Date of Last Assignment)
• Documents - ID, Label, Description, Type, Creation/Receipt Date, Submitter, Attachments
• Court Actions - Action Type, Status, Planned Start, Actual Start

This current connection will be upgraded accordingly as needed. The main logic is set. Note, there seems to be a limit when downloading all case documents. So far, I've managed to download about 35 documents, about 20MB, from one case, but the download doesn't work on some cases that have multiple files. I still have to determine which side the problem is on.

Connection in brief:
-Download your token (hereinafter referred to as API key) from e-communication
-In the Advocatus administration department, add the key and determine who the owner is and which users have the right to use it
-Each user must assign themselves one of the keys they have the right to use in their settings
- In the new tab on the subject overview, e-communication has been added in addition to e-subjects

Remark:
Data security
• All API keys are stored encrypted in a database using Sodium and secure keys defined in the .env file.
• When retrieving API keys, the key is automatically decrypted in memory and used exclusively for the duration of the session.
• This system enables secure and efficient management of API keys and retrieval of relevant court data via the e-Communications system.

NEW 2021: Finance + module

- Creating outgoing invoices has two options: 1. According to the contract 2. Specifications
